Charms Office is an organized communication program that is a useful resource for students and teachers. It is a program that was developed by a choir director because she was overwhelmed with everything necessary to deal with as a director. Music directors can use it to post schedule's, calendars, music that is being worked up individuals or groups, etc. The possibilities are endless.
- Parents can check that their child(ren) should be at band or choir practice, etc.
- Parents can also sign up to volunteer for events, field trips, games, etc.
- Parents check if forms are turned in.
- Videos and pictures can be posted to the site.
- Seating charts can be made. (Names and pictures can be included.) Perfect for substitute teachers!
- Receipts can be emailed or printed if money is exchanged.
- Students in turn can email their teachers, check the calendar of events, update information, check grades, look up assignments, use a metronome, and so much more!
This program could even be useful for a whole school district! (Please check with your technology department at your district before use.)
