During the course of my music tech grad class, I have learned more about music technology that I was behind on. (I didn't realize I was behind until I took the class.) I can say that I am computer literate, but it is so hard to keep up with technology because it is ever changing and changes so quickly. Musitech.net is a site that is useful for everyone.
